Regional Services Department (�域市政總署) was the government department around Hong Kong.It carried out a policies & managed the facilities of the previous Regional Council.After existence abolished sustaining a Regional Council within 1999, its functions were inherited by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department and the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

National Capital Authority
Administers and reviews the National Capital Plan, recommends and carries out works that maintain or enhance the character of the National Capital, and is responsible for fostering an awareness of the National Capital.

Marine Incident Investigation Unit
The Unit investigates maritime incidents under the Navigation (Marine Casualty) Regulations and publishes reports identifying and determining the causes of marine accidents.

National Office of Local Government
Information on urban reform, regional development, assistance grants, local government, and financial assistance grants.

Australia's Territories
Responsible for the management and administration of Australia's Territories and the Commonwealth Government's relationship with the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.

International Air Services Commission
An independent statutory authority responsible for the allocation of scheduled international air route capacity to Australian carriers on public benefit grounds.
